  1. Do not carry more than four pairs of skis or more than three snowboards on the carrier.
  2. The ski/snowboard carrier raises the overall height of the vehicle. Pay attention to overhead obstacles when driving with the ski/snowboard carrier.
  3. Before and after driving, or after loading skis or a snowboard on the carrier, check the security of the carrier mounts and retighten them as necessary.
  4. Install the ski/snowboard carrier after installing the crossbars on the roof.
  5. Do not damage the roof and other finished surfaces of the body when installing the ski / snowboard carrier.
  6. Notice the ski/snowboard before open the tailgate or hatchback.
  7. Remove the ski/snowboard carriers before entering automatic car washes.

PRECAUTION:

  1. Avoid sudden starts or stops with the carrier on the vehicle. It may cause fasteners to loosen.
  2. Obey local laws and regulations.
  3. Before driving, check that the carrier is locked securely regardless of whether or not skis or a snowboard is mounted on the carrier.
  4. Do not use the ski / snowboard carrier to carry goods other than ski and snowboard.
  5. the distance between supporting bars should be adjusted so that when the bindings strike the ski rack, the skis cannot slip out on the other ski rack.

We will ship your order as items become available, so there are times when you will receive multiple shipments. But we will not charge you more fees.

Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt

  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order or should you wish to return or exchange a product then please contact us at any time from Monday to Friday within 30 days after you received the item. All of our products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.

 

The reasons you might want to return the item:

4. Shipping damage:

We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.

 

5. We shipped the wrong item:
1) Return items must be in original condition.

2) Buyer must email us at  support@mostplusauto.com within 7 days after the item arrived

3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.

 

6. Cancellations/Refused Delivery:

1). Buyer must contact the sales representative as soon as possible. (Please contact us to cancel within 2 hours after placing your order, because we cannot guarantee that we can cancel successfully after 2 hours.)
