  1. When will my order be shipped?

Shipping orders are usually shipped within two(2) business days after receiving the payments.The tracking No. available by message after sending.Orders made during promotional periods and special events may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of Mostplus. In this case, customers will be informed separately in advance.

  1. What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free for all items displayed in our website.

  1. Why can't I use my address when ordering?

We regret that we are unable to deliver to the following addresses:

    - United States: Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates(exclude order less than 450g)

    - Africa,Africa, Asia, Central America and Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Greenland, Mexico, Canada, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Bermuda, Oceania, Southeast Asia, South America

    - PO Box

    1. Why the tracking number show it was delivered, but I didn't receive the item?

    If the address is correct, you can contact with local post office to see if they have put the package to your neighbors’ home. Some customers with the same situation finally got the package from their neighbors. It’s also possible that your family members received it but forgot to inform you.

    If all has been done but failed to find, please contact our customer service for help.

    1. What’s the price of item?

    The price of the Products is the one that is displayedon our website at the time of the validation of the order, except in the casewhere the amount is obviously erroneous.

    1. What if my credit card failed to go through?

    Your credit card payment did not go through for security. After calling your card issuing bank to confirm your payment, you can try again for your order and make it easily.

    1. What isn't covered by the warranty?

    -Beyond the warranty period;

    -No valid proof of purchase, purchases from unauthorized resellers;

    -Improperly operated devices and use (fall, compression,knock etc.);

    -Damage and malfunctions due to uncontrollable external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning and traffic accidents);

    -Lost or stolen products

    -Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

    1. When does the warranty begin?

    It begins the day you receive the product.

    1. How do I claim the warranty?

    Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

    1. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

    The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won't be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

    1. What's the address that I can return the products to?

    We have two warehouses, please check and confirm with our service(support@mostplusauto.com) before returning. 

          6. What if I failed to find items I need?
