Warranty Policy
At MOSTPLUS, we provide a one-year replacement warranty for defective items over 30 days (for ones within 30 days, please refer to our Return Policy), but it must be subject to the general warranty rules below:
1. Warranty claims refer to defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the product, products damaged due to environmental conditions products, damaged due to accidents or collisions; or product damage caused by other malfunctioning parts.
2. All products must be in their original condition. Products damaged as a result of misuse, improper maintenance, wrong installation, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
3. Buyer needs to pay replacement shipping cost.
4. We will not refund any label cost. If the item is defective, pls contact us the first time. We will try our best to help you solve the problem.
5. When enacting a warranty claim, please provide us with photos or a video of the defective item, showing the problem that occurred with this product.
