Installation Tips:
1. Remove the lug nuts that are securing your wheel onto the car, and check if there is any damage on the rotors.
2. If the hub and brake rotor have any corrosion to it, clean that bit off before installation.
3. Slide the bolt-on spacer over top of the factory studs and make sure it sits properly.
4. Apply the provided thread locker to the vehicle's studs. The lug nut and stud will be preliminarily locked in 5 - 20 minutes after applying the thread locker at an ambient temperature of around 25℃.
5. Tighten nuts with a torque wrench and follow factory specifications. Do not use an automatic wrench.
6. Place the wheel back on, then use your factory lug nuts thread wheel onto the studs of the wheel spacer.

Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

- Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
- Contact us within 1 business day
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging
Delivery Time

Shipping time will normally cost 4-8 business days. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Lost Packages

If you are unhappy with your order or should you wish to return or exchange a product then please contact us at any time from Monday to Friday within 30 days after you received the item. All of our products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.
Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.

4. Shipping damage:
We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.
5. We shipped the wrong item:
1) Return items must be in original condition.
2) Buyer must email us at support@mostplusauto.com within 7 days after the item arrived
3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.
