Some Tips Before Installation:
  • In order to ensure the consistency of the shock absorber, it is best to choose the shock absorber to be replaced in pairs.
  • The bearing on the top of the shock absorber should be lubricated (grease), and the waterproof dust cover must be put in place to ensure that it is not damaged.
  • It is particularly difficult to remove the end nut of the telescopic tappet of the shock absorber (the spring must be fastened with an iron wire), and it is easier to install.
  • When installing the ball head (suspender) of the balance bar, press down with an iron rod to install it smoothly.

Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:

  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 1 business day
  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
  • Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

Lost Packages

If the tracking shows delivered but the orders are not in your mailbox or it has been a few days but still no update on the tracking, please notify us to solve this issue.


Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order or should you wish to return or exchange a product then please contact us at any time from Monday to Friday within 30 days after you received the item. Return shipping address will be provided and you will get the refund within 3~5 business days after received the return item. Email us at support@mostplusauto.com

All of our products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted of products that are unopened, unused and still in their packaging or with their tags still attached. We will only accept the returned items in the same condition as we sent.

Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment or store credit only.

 

The reasons you might want to return the item:

1.Quality problems:

1) Buyer need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.

2) Return postage is undertaken by MOSTPLUS.

3) Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.

4) Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.

4. Shipping damage:

We only use USPS, UPS, FedEx top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.

 

5. We shipped the wrong item:
1) Return items must be in original condition.

2) Buyer must email us at  support@mostplusauto.com within 7 days after the item arrived

3) We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the return item is received.

 

6. Cancellations/Refused Delivery:

1). Buyer must contact the sales representative as soon as possible.

2). You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before shipping.
