Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone will be at your business to accept the delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, they may not be able to deliver your items.

Multiple Items
We will ship your order as items become available, so there are times when you will receive multiple shipments. But we will not charge you more fees.


Shipping Partners
Shipping partners- USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL company. Normally, we will ship the product customer ordered from the nearest warehouse. Customers will get their items in 5-10 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time. Transfer cargo needs more time.
Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:
Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
Contact us within 1 business day
Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging

Delivery Time

Our warehouses strive to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping time will normally cost 4-8 business days. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Accepted Return
（1）Return accepted if item is defective, damaged upon received or missing items, wrong items or incorrect & non-compatible packages sent, learn more at rule3, rule4.

（2）Return accepted for unsatisfactory, unopened & unused Items within 30 days of your receiving, but it must comply with the rule5, rule6.

（3）Return is not accepted when damage is caused by unauthorized maintaining, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse etc.


Return Confirmation
（1）Contact us with support@mostplusauto.com to get a return shipping label, submit order no.,a clear picture or video and shipping packaging to confirm your return is accepted.

（2）When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged or missing upon received ). Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, ship it to the address our customer service sent you.


Return defective or damaged item received
If the item you have received is defective or damaged, contact our customer service at the first time and provide us with the photos or a video of the defective or damaged item in 7 days. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund.


Return incorrect & non-compatible item received
If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered or you got a non-compatible item with your device (the original description of the item on our site is wrong) , please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs in 7 days:

Photos or a video of the incorrect item;
Photos or a video showing the problem occurred with this product;

Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. If a return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once you send us a return shipping receipt showing how much you paid to return it. Please be sure that the incorrect item or non-compatible item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in. For the incorrect item or non-compatible item, if you are able to find a use of it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest that to us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

Return unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days after you received to get a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees, packaging fee & restock fee at least 20% of the original price according to the condition of items sent back.

Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items
If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

Returns and Compensation Process
PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.

Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Note: The price of the products on our website will fluctuate with the cost, and we will not refund any difference caused by this.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

This is step to return:

1.Pack the goods into the original box, seal it, Send the pictures of product barcode to us (support@mostplusauto.com), ( the barcode is posted on the back of every item)

2.Send to the address as per the insruction in email or messager

3.When the goods are sent out, send us the shipment receipt and tracking number in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you deal with it. )

4.Our warehouse receives the goods to confirm not damaged and intact, and will refund you.
